What Printful costs sellers
Printful's pricing page puts your profit as your retail price minus Printful's cost: you set the price, pay Printful for the product, fulfillment and shipping, and keep the difference. Because each item is made to order, Printful says you never pay for unsold inventory. Your cost per order rises with every extra you add. The Free plan has no monthly charge, while Growth trades a monthly fee for discounts. Printful's terms let it change fees and charges at any time, effective once they're posted.

How Printful payments work
Printful describes two separate payments on every order. Your customer pays your store through that store's own payment platform, so the sale money reaches you there, not through Printful. When the order comes into Printful, it charges you for fulfillment and shipping through its Printful Wallet.

Can Printful suspend your account?
Printful's terms let it limit, suspend or terminate your account if it thinks you are creating problems, causing possible legal liability, breaching the agreement or acting against the letter or spirit of its policies. Harassing or insulting Printful staff can mean immediate termination, and Printful can cancel unconfirmed accounts or ones inactive for extended periods. Printful may also restrict access without notice or liability, and it can remove designs that break its terms or its Intellectual Property Policy. Content on its prohibited list can end the account.
The terms don't describe an appeal process. They send disputes to individual arbitration and waive jury trials and class actions.
Printful questions
Printful's contact page lists live chat from the bottom-right corner of any Printful page, the Help Center and a contact form, and notes a high volume of inquiries. Printful says 24/7 customer support comes with every plan, including the free one.
Printful says it covers manufacturing and damage problems. If a customer ordered the wrong size, picked the wrong item or no longer wants it, returns or exchanges are up to you. When your sales channel lets customers return items beyond Printful's coverage, Printful says you handle those returns and cover the costs.
