IncomeShip is a research site about ways to earn money. It's run by Valiance Labs LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we handle when you visit incomeship.com or contact us, and what you can ask us to do with it.
The short version
- No accounts, no sign-ups and no forms.
- No ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
- We don't sell or share personal information.
- The only personal information we get on purpose is what you choose to send us by email.
What we collect
When you visit the site. Like every website, ours runs on servers that receive technical information with each request: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for and when. Our hosting provider processes this to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks and abuse. We don't use it to identify you or build a profile of you.
When you email us. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in the message.
We don't collect anything else. We don't ask for your financial details, your Social Security number or any account logins, and you should never send them to us.
How we use it
- To deliver the site and keep it secure.
- To read and answer your messages, and to act on them: fixing an error you reported, or considering a topic you suggested.
We don't use your information for marketing, and we won't add you to a mailing list.
Cookies and similar technologies
We don't set tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't use analytics or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary security measures to tell real visitors from automated attacks. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy first.
Who processes information for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from attacks.
- Sanity stores and serves the content of our pages. It doesn't receive information about you when you read a page beyond what's needed to deliver it.
- Our email provider stores the messages you send us.
These providers process information only to provide their services to us.
Links to other sites
IncomeShip links to platforms, government sites and other sources. When you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies, and it may set its own cookies. IncomeShip has no affiliate links today. If we add any, we'll update this policy and our disclosures first.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of corrections we've made to our pages. Technical request data is kept by our hosting provider under its own retention practices.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we have from you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@valiancelabs.com and we'll reply within 5 business days.
Some U.S. states, such as California, give residents specific privacy rights. We offer these choices to everyone, wherever you live. Because we don't sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of.
Children
IncomeShip is meant for adults looking for ways to earn money. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we keep only the information we need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect what we hold.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. We'll update the policy before we start collecting anything new.
