Eventeny

Eventeny is where market organizers take vendor applications and booth fees; each event decides who covers the platform fee, and storefront sales pay out through Stripe.

What Eventeny costs sellers

Applying through Eventeny costs whatever the organizer charges, plus Eventeny's platform fee and Stripe's processing fee on any application or booth that has a price. A free application carries no added fees. Each organizer decides whether those fees land on you, on the event, or are split, so the same booth price can cost you more at one market than at another. Eventeny's pricing page gives Stripe's card fee as 2.99% + $0.10, which differs from its fees help article dated Oct 2, 2026; Eventeny says Stripe sets that charge and it can change.

Eventeny keeps

5% or 3% plus processing

Eventeny charges organizers on application payments: 5% on free Basic accounts, 3% on paid plans, plus Stripe's 2.99% + $0.10. Organizers can pass, split or absorb these fees, so what vendors pay varies by event.

5% Basic, 3% Plus and Pro

Charged on vendor application payments; passed to the vendor by default.

Card processing: 2.9% + $0.31

Stripe's charge on card payments; bank (ACH) payments are priced differently.

Example market: $25 application fee

Non-refundable at that market, and separate from the booth fee charged later.

Example market: $200 or $450 booth

Priced by booth size, 8x8 or 10x10, separate from the application fee.

Example event: Card charged on approval

Card is collected at application; booths that sell out lead to a waitlist.

Regular Stripe account: Fees refundable

Refunded to whoever paid them; check, manual or Express transactions aren't eligible.

Customers pay on top

Vendor pays by default

The organizer can instead absorb the fee or split it with vendors.

Cost to apply

No setup fee on any plan

Eventeny says it charges no setup fee, though a credit card is required.

Payout fee

Stripe instant payout: 1% fee

Optional; standard scheduled payouts to your bank carry no added cost.

How and when Eventeny pays you

As a vendor, the money Eventeny sends you comes from products sold through an Eventeny storefront; booth and application payments go from you to the organizer. Your shop can't go live, and your products aren't listed publicly, until a payout method is connected. Eventeny says a new Stripe account takes 24 hours to be enabled, so set it up before you open the shop.

How to get approved on Eventeny

Eventeny doesn't pick vendors itself: the organizer behind each event decides who gets a booth, and some markets jury their applications. Eventeny's own advice is that when two vendors sell similar products, the one with clear, professional photos almost always wins the spot, and it suggests new vendors start with smaller local events or markets.
